What frau* Is
frau* is a bar project for lesbians, queer women*, trans, intersex, nonbinary, and agender people, and the wider FLINTA+ community and allies. Come as you are, and bring someone.
Most nightlife is built around a single event: a flyer, a venue, a date, a crowd. frau* is a brand, a message, and a long-term vision, built in public before the permanent space exists.
It's for people who want more than another club night: conversation, music, flirting, meeting new people, low-pressure socializing, and a real place of belonging in Munich—one you get to help shape.

The Bar, Before the Bar Has Walls
frau* is searching for the right permanent space in Munich and developing the concept in the meantime through pop-up bar nights, collaborations, and community events—with the community pitching in on where we land next.
Until frau* has a permanent address, we are looking for temporary spaces, recurring residency opportunities, and collaborations with venues, cultural spaces, and brands that want to support a new lesbian bar concept in Munich.
